 Our facility is employee-athlete friendly as we encourage all of our employees to live active and healthy lifestyles. OPEN Marketing and E-Commerce Manager

Job Description:

TriSports.com is looking for a talented, smart, data driven, entrepreneurial Marketing and E-Commerce Manager to help drive growth for both our online and brick & mortar businesses. The ideal candidate should be excited and driven by reporting, analytics, and increasing performance. A proven ability to bridge database learnings, primary and secondary research and competitive intelligence to build powerful marketing and communication programs are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop all marketing programs, including strategy, planning, budgets and execution to ensure marketing goals are met.
  • Drive Sales through the development of powerful retail marketing campaigns including online presentations, in-store signage and traditional print media.
  • Plan, develop, execute, and analyze traffic driving opportunities across all media channels.
  • Oversee Public Relations to develop local and global community connections that promote TriSports.com.
  • Develop and foster industry relationships to create mutually beneficial marketing strategies.
  • Oversee expo operations and production.
  • Oversee all sponsorship including individuals, teams, clubs, races, etc.
  • Oversee creative content through TriSports University.
  • Oversee all social media.
  • Analyze the performance of online media traffic, ad campaign, and ad partnerships by maintaining comparisons against industry-wide trend analysis.
  • Oversee and direct in-store marketing and promotional event to drive brand awareness and traffic to the store.
  • Continually reviews analytics data and other available data sources and implements testing, such as A/B or multivariate testing, to identify actionable insights that will allow for optimization of online marketing initiatives.

    Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing
  • Must have 5+ years of retail marketing/e-commerce management experience including campaign, creation and execution
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects from start to finish through the use of excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have experience developing and managing PPC and Affiliate Marketing
  • Understanding of Internet-related technologies and best practices, including those relating to e-commerce, search engine optimization, social marketing, and e-mail marketing.
  • Must have a track record of creative problem solving, thinks big, starts small, rolls up their sleeves and grows fast
  • Excellent data analysis skills and experience with web analytics tools
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • 3+ years experience in personnel management

    OPEN Sales and Customer Service

    Job Functions:

    • Assist in determining customers’ needs and increasing internet sales.
    • Ability to connect with Customers and Deliver an “exceptional Customer experience”
    • Ability to recommend products using features and benefits.
    • Assist customers with issues/concerns and answer questions regarding orders placed on the internet.
    • Update customers on order status.
    • Answer incoming emails and chats regarding existing or potential new orders.
    • Increase sales volume in a fun and fast paced environment

    Qualifications:

    • Must have excellent verbal and interpersonal skills including strong customer service and telephone etiquette skills .
    • Must possess a clear telephone voice.
    • Knowledge of the sport of Triathlon
    • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently.
    • Sales experience a plus
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to operate, communicate and deal with situations effectively while under pressure without displaying stressful reactions.
    • Must have basic computer and typing skills and understanding of Internet and email.
    • Knowledge of MS office suite and databases a plus.
    • Knowledge of the triathlon industry or one of its disciplines is preferable, but we are willing to train the right person.
    • Use of excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills




    OPEN Bicycle Mechanic

    Job Functions:

    • Assemble and build high-end road, triathlon and mountain bikes.
    • Service bicycles.
    • Other duties as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum 3 years experience in the bicycle mechanic trade - UBI graduate a plus.
    • General computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software, as well as email applications are also required.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Self-motivation.
    • Requires a minimum of high-school diploma, college a plus.
    • Excellent attendance and performance record.

    OPEN Retail Sales Associate (Tucson)

    Job Functions:

    • Assist in determining customers’ needs.
    • Demonstrate products using features and benefits.
    • Maintain store appearance and product presentation.
    • Handle administrative aspects of the sale.
    • Provide superior customer service while building customer relationships.

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to work with team to ensure monthly sales goals are met.
    • Have strong attention to detail.
    • Self-starter with high level of motivation and follow-through.
    • Flexibility of schedule (willing and able to work weekends).
    • Knowledge of the triathlon industry or one of its disciplines is preferable.

     



    CLOSED Warehouse Staff / Outbound Shipping

    Job Functions:

    • Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
    • Other duties as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills.
    • Desire to work as part of a team for the common goal of shipping all orders out on time every day.
    • Self-motivation.
    • Willingness to occasionally work additional hours on peak days to get the job done.
