Basically, by pedalling harder and faster the Fluid2 increases the workload almost naturally. Next, The Fluid2 is engineered with Power Band Technology which makes the level of resistance the athlete experiences work in conjunction with their cadence and choice of gear ratio. Essentially, the Power Band gives you a 20 to 725 watt range of resistance.
